External Lighting Project
 
External lighting work is to begin this month. The new light fixtures will not only improve the look of the complex, but will also be more energy efficient and brighter than current lighting.
 
The new lighting will include:
 
1) Light poles & new light fixtures
2) Exterior building lights
3) Carport number lighting 


 

Car Break-Ins
 
Cedar Ridge Condos have suffered a number of vehicle break-ins over the last few months.
 
PLEASE make sure to remove all items of value from the inside of your vehicle.
 
If you see any suspicious activity, call 911 immediately.
 
KNOW your neighbors – YOU are the neighborhood watch 

 

 

Please Pick Up After Your Pets
 
Please make sure to pick up after your pet while you are out walking them.It’s unsanitary and against COA rules to neglect to pick up after your pet. You could be fined if you do not comply with the COA rules.
